New Collection Servicing Software For Lenders
Introducing COLLECTOR, the module to be used in conjunction with LOANLEDGER to simplify and expedite loan collection services. According to DISC president, Traude Christeson, COLLECTOR is particularly useful to those lenders who are servicing more than 300 loans, whose collection efforts require high visibility and, especially, for those lenders who have overdue accounts.
COLLECTOR is an appropriate program for both the manager and the collector. With COLLECTOR, a manager is able to see how many calls his collectors have placed, length and results of calls, and even the number of unanswered calls. The unlimited notepad captures comments, promises and legal notes.
The collector is assisted by an auto dialing feature, an important management tool to increase the collector's productivity. COLLECTOR provides tickler reports and a special inquiry screen which contains varied information, including payment history, amount owed, property description and co-borrower information.
COLLECTOR effectively schedules partial payments, reporting the remaining amount owed in agings as past due for that payment due date. Additionally, COLLECTOR can report loans by street location. This feature allows the collector to map out his field efforts in collecting on past due accounts.
